•取り消しはビーチパーティ、バス共,6月1日までにお願い致します。

　（受付時の変更はお受けできません。）
•グループでお申し込みの方は出来る限り纏めて受付、支払いをお願い致します。
•車で参加されるお客様は、現地にて駐車料金１台につき５００円お支払いください。
•当日のお申込みは承っておりません。

　お支払い方法は現金、クレジットカード、paypay決済が可能です
　イベント当日払いは別料金が発生します。

受付が終わったお客様にはリストバンドとバスチケット（バスご利用の方のみ）をお渡しいたします。
※イベント終了まで無くさないようにしてください。

※ビーチに貴重品の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。 紛失の場合、責任は負えませんのでご了承ください。





●バス利用の方●
•9:30 (のうれんプラザ横駐車場集合) 時間厳守。
　※バスチケットとリストバンドを確認致します。
　※バスへの乗車は先着順になります。バスは満席になり次第順次出発致し
　ます。
　※２名以上でご参加のお客様は皆さんがお揃いになってから受付致します。
　※最終のバスは10:00に出発します。
　※乗り遅れの場合は個人で会場へ向かっていただきます。
　※但し、予約済みのためバス料金はお支払い頂きます。
•あざまサンサンビーチ
　11:00オープン

●現地集合のお客様●
•お車でお越しのお客様は１台に付き５００円の駐車代を入口でお支払い
　ください。
※当日のお支払いは現金のみになります。

●すべてのご参加者へ●
※荷物を預けの方は受付までお持ちください
※東屋は自由席です。
※ビーチではマリーンシューズを推奨しています。
（砂浜でも海の中でも危険な場合があるのでご持参宜しくお願い致します。)

 ●食事・飲物●
•食事の提供時間は　12:00～14:00です
　食事の準備が出来ましたらお声かけ致しますので、各自でBBQをお楽しみください。
※飲み物はテントにソフトドリンクとアルコールで分けて有ります。
　飲み残し、食べ残しを極力ひかえるようお願いいたします。
　 (何も食べられなかったと言うお客様の出ないよう節度ある飲食を!)
※ゴミは仕分けてお捨て下さい。 宜しくお願いします



●お帰り準備●
※15:00から片付けに入ります。 シャワーを入られる方は込み合いますのでお早めにお願いいたします。シャワーは有料です。

 ●バス利用の方●
16:00 ビーチから出発いたします。 時間厳守です。 よろしくお願いいたします。バスは往路と同じバスにご乗車ください。
•帰りバスをご利用にならない方は、必ず受付で係員にお名前とバスの号車をお伝えください。
•那覇(那覇ハイアット付近) 17:00到着次第、解散いたします。
　※交通事情により到着が前後する可能性もありますのでご了承ください。

●Terms & Conditions●
•Cancellation without fees is until 1st June 2026.
•No changes at the registration.

•If you are making a group booking, please pay together as much as you can.

•If you are coming to the beach directly, car parking is available at 500yen.

•No new bookings on the event day.



●Terms & Conditions at the beach●

•Please mind your valuables and keep them safe. We will not take any responsibilities for loss of your belongings and any related issues.

•Marine shoes are recommended even it is a sandy beach.

•Gazebos are free to use. You can choose any of them.

If you live locally or visiting Okinawa before the event, you can register and make a payment at Bar CB 2weeks prior to the event.

※Cash preferred, however Credit cards and PayPay available too.

Extra fee will apply if you pay on the event day
※We will hand wrist bands and bus tickets(if you are using shuttle bus service) once the payment has been made.
※Please keep these safely until the event concludes.
※We will check those at for Food & Beverages and Bus services.


●Shuttle Bus●
Sakurazaka(Naha) ↔︎ Azama Sun Sun Beach
•Price：3000yen　（capacity 200pax)

•To the beach：        Pick up：9:30 / Departure : 10:00                              
•Location :  Nouren Plaza
•From the beach :    Pick up : 15:30 / Departure : 16:00                               
•Location : Beach parking lot

※Buses will leave on time. Please come to the pick up point on time.
※We will check your wrist band and bus tickets.
※If you are in a group of more than 2people, please wait till everyone gets together and regiater.
※If you miss or cancel in any cases, we are not able to refund.
※In case you missed or cancel by your choice, and didn’t make a payment, we will charge you for the bus fees.
※Please get on the same bus you were on for the returning bus.
※In case you don’t need to get on the retuning bus, please let the staff know your name and the bus number which you were on in the morning.

️ Car parking️
・Car parking at the entrance of the beach is available for those who are coming directly with your own cars.
•Car parking fee is 500yen at the entrance
•Cash only



 ●Food and Bevegrage●
•Food service will commence from 12:00～14:00.
※Staff will inform you once it’s ready.

•Drink service commence at 11:00 till 15:00
※All you can drink items will be in the ice bucket for you to take.
※There will be also some drinks that you can purchase.

Please refrain from leaving too much food and drinks untouched.

Please dispose rubbish in the correct bins accordingly.



●Returning to the city●
•We will start packing down around 15:00.
If you need to take shower, it gets very crowded, please plan well ahead.
※Showers available with some coins.
